Lake Front home that sleeps 40 (PLEASE see below for the bedroom configuration to make sure it works for you.)
This is an incredible lakefront home that is full of gorgeous water and sunset views! It is accompanied by an brand new pool, outdoor kitchen with grilling area, HUGE covered porch, sun deck, basketball court, playground, horseshoe, trampoline, hot tub, dock, beach with beach chairs galore, sand volleyball, beach area fire pit, kayaks, and canoe, all included! You will NEVER get bored!
It is great for vacations, family reunions, fishing, retreats, etc.! There's plenty of space as it is 5000 Square feet, has 8 Bedrooms (+ loft), 6 baths (two are dorm style), two living rooms, two kitchens, and two laundry rooms.
Have boats or watercraft of your own? Bring them! There is a boat ramp two coves over. Play beach volleyball, corn hole, Beersbie, ladder ball, swim in the brand new pool, or play in the lake. Great fishing as well in season! Eat s'mores by the campfire at the beach (firewood and skewers provided) and watch AMAZING sunsets! Privacy and plenty of room to stretch out! SO much to do!
Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half or less from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports.

Breathtaking views of the lake and lawn and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!

**The cove is shallow (about like the shallow end of a pool) which is great for younger guests and water volley ball etc. For deeper waters, simply swim or paddle out to the middle of the cove where it goes from 6-12 feet deep and beyond.
**The lake level does go down a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports or lake views.
*The twin metal bunk beds have a weight limit of 220lbs upper and lower.

*CLEANING FEE DISCLAIMER: We are disenchanted that we have a pass-through cleaning fee so high these days but, this is our new reality. We understand that when this fee is split by the large groups that is nominal per-person but we want you to know our hearts are that we wish it wasn’t so high regardless of that. It is a very large property to turn over in such a short amount of time & weekend help is extremely hard to find. We only have 1780 people that live here so we have to be the highest paid to retain the best & they are AWESOME! Conversely, we are pleased to remind you that we have so much included w/ this property (ask us for our items stocked list. Seriously, we provide SO much) You don’t need to bring trash bags or paper goods. We stock enough for your entire stay, not just a starter amount. Bathroom & facial tissues, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, salt & pepper shakers, DW detergent, laundry detergent, aluminum foil, zip lock bags, plastic Saran-type wrap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, Q-tips, cotton balls, hand soap, kitchen sponges, first aid kits, & Dawn dish soap. We have hospitality boxes w/ all sorts of things guests may forget. Our guests have told us in reviews that all they need to bring is food & clothes. One last thing on cleaning: If you are going to check out on a weekday, please inquire if there will be a break in this fee. This house and property are top-notch. Our family of 21, from ages 18 months to 86 years old, enjoyed every moment of our stay. It is difficult to put into words how amazing this house is. There is so much to do! We had campfires with s'mores, loved the beautiful pool, took the kayaks out to explore, watched the sunset on the dock, and spent many hours on the back deck talking, reading, and napping. The kids loved the trampoline, playground, and bunk room. The hosts have literally thought of everything! It was the most well-stocked house we have ever rented. We are already planning a return trip!

We rented Your Big Lake House to host a ladies' weekend retreat, and we could not have been more pleased! The location was private, but easily accessible. 26 adults, 12 teens, and two babies were in attendance, and all had a great time. We especially appreciated the dormitory-style bathrooms and the incredible kitchen for prepping and serving all the meals onsite. The moms really appreciated the pack-n-plays and high chairs for their little ones. The teen girls loved the bunk room, and being able to kayak on the lake, play volleyball on the lawn, and swim in the pool. Linens were incredibly clean (the entire property was!), rooms were quiet, and the AC system easily kept things comfortable. We were able to cozy up in the living room for teaching sessions, and spread out on the covered porch for meals. The whole house was so well stocked - it was nice to not be concerned about things like trash bags, paper towels, TP, toiletries, napkins, coffee creamers... and the list goes on. WalMart delivers to the property, so getting groceries in was a breeze. I'm going to run out of characters before I can list all the great things about this house! It was perfect for our needs. Huge thanks to the property company for being responsive to even the smallest questions!

This lake house was incredible. Everything was at a 5-star level. The owner/property managers were so easy to work with, they provided a ton of information about the house, its amenities, and the local area before we arrived which helped us plan for our Men's Retreat with ease. They were also quick to respond to any questions we had even as far as four months out. By far the best VRBO hosts I've ever worked with!The house itself was immaculate. It looks just as good in 2026 as the video from 2019. They spared no expense to make sure the house had everything needed for our event, and even went above and beyond to purchase fire pit tongs and overnight them so they'd be there before we arrived.The house is huge, the back patio is amazing, and the bunk room was incredible. We also loved hanging out around the grill (outdoor kitchen is also a game changer) and down by the dock. There wasn't an area in this house that was relaxing and inviting.I can't say enough about how incredible our stay was. Even the water pressure and hot water was outstanding, and even though we had 37 guys in the house, we never experienced a loss of pressure or a cold shower.Thank you for opening your vacation home to us, and for making it a trip to remember for everyone who joined us. We're already planning our return trip!
