About this cottage rental
Private Guest Cottage 7 blocks from the ocean. Start with your own fenced and gated yard, then step inside and you'll agree with our guests that this is a special place. Enjoy our large bedroom with queen bed and plenty of closet and storage space. Note: the queen bed is the only sleeping facility.
On street parking. Please park next to the mail box. No trailers or RVs, maximum 2 cars per stay.
Additional amenities:
40" TV with fast AT&T Fiber Wi-Fi
Efficiency kitchen with electric cook top, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher and lots of counter top appliances
Walk in shower with grab bars and a bench seat
All linens and towels are provided along with a starter supply of toilet paper.
No Hassle checkout. Some properties have a list of tasks you must do before you leave. If you miss one, you can be charged a penalty. Not here. We believe it's our responsibility and besides, you're on vacation! Just gather up your stuff and you're off.
Stay longer, save money. Our nightly rate is discounted 10% when you stay for 7 nights or more. When you stay for 28 nights or more, the rate is discounted by 30%.
While visitors are responsible for damages, we do not charge you a security deposit when you book.

A great experience. The hosts really go the extra mile to get to know you and make sure your stay is comfortable. They are extremely accommodating with any situation and frequently greeted me with home-cooked meals.The cottage is cute and extremely comfortable. Has everything you would need including beach materials.Thank you Larry and Millie!
