While clean, the property could use some renovations. The mattresses need to be replaced. And the yard needs to be cut.

Definitely not clean! The bathroom mirror was completely smeared with what appeared to be food or lotion, there was hair all over the floor and in the shower drain strainer, baseboards were gross. Shampoo and soap are provided, but they are communal and dripping from when others have used them. Only 1 of 4 beds has bedside tables. On the plus side, the living room was very comfortable, the house sleeps a lot of people, and the kitchen was adequate. They definitely need to hire someone to clean the entire house, including baseboards and light switches. It would feel much more comfortable without all that built up grime.
