In Laguna del Portil/Huelva, Chalet El Paraíso offers step-free access and an excellent location right by the beach. The 250 m² property features a living-dining room with ceiling fan, fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Amenities include high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, a 55'' Smart TV, three portable fans, dishwasher, and washing machine. A crib is available upon request.
The 1,200 m² plot provides gardens and private parking for 4 vehicles. There is a 35 m² accessible room for guests with reduced mobility, including a private bathroom.
The beach and public transport are within walking distance. Up to 2 pets are allowed.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Groups under 25 years old are not accepted; such bookings will be canceled. Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00; arrivals outside these hours are available for an extra fee. Failure to comply with the rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund and mandatory departure.
Additional rules:
- No noise at night until late morning (music, TV, voices); please respect the neighbors.
- Turn off lights and heating when leaving; close the fireplace (fire risk).
- Dispose of trash in the outdoor container.
- Save water: water restrictions apply year-round in southern Spain.
- The cleaning fee covers professional laundering of bed linen and towels by an external service.
