Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented units 105 & 106 for a family vacation. Everything was great! I have a couple of recommendations.Unit 105- Needs light bulbs replaced in master bath. The filer screen on the kitchen faucet needs replacing.Unit 106- The receptacles on each side on the bed in the master bedroom need fixing or replaced. There are 2 plug ins on each but only 1 works on each.I have been coming to The Islander since 1988. I have had ground floor units several times. In the past it was always customary and out of curtesy that you were aloud to park one vehicle in front of your unit. It is obviously not the case now but it should be reconsidered. But all and all for myself and my family we had a wonderful stay and a great vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very basic, no frills for the price. The desk staff was rude. The carpet was dirty as well as the top of door jams. The pillows are flat and you get one.
