5. Construction starting on a new home directly across the street (Fall 2025)
6. This owner has a strict NO PETS policy. A minimum $1000 fee will be charged for policy violations.

This house is very clean and well furnished. The house can accommodate a large family or 2 smaller families. The location was perfect for our group playing golf at different courses and running to Lake Tahoe for dining with a spectacular view. It has working TVs in every room which was wonderful. I would have given 5 stars but being a southern lady, I withheld one star for not having a/c. It wasn’t much of an issue cause we were out on the golf course all day and at night it cooled down as the sun set and was really cool when we woke up. The host, Tahoe Getaways, was great with communicating all the info needed. I would definitely rent again.

Great, well equipped cabin. Great location. Spacious and accommodating with many gatherings spaces. TVs in bedrooms and family rooms a plus.

We drove from San Francisco with 5 adults and 2 kids (age: 1/5) & arrived at the house at 7pm.
The code to check into the house wasn’t received until 10pm. A terrible situation to be in, with 2 children who just traveled all day.
Aside from that, the property was beautiful and home was enjoyable.
