CAST AWAY your stress and worries at this adorable piece of old Florida near BEAN POINT. Charming vintage cottage with LUSH TROPICAL HEATED POOL & SPA area.
Two bedrooms with queen beds, well equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs mounted in each room, full sized washer & dryer, and large front porch with mini fridge all combine as your home base in paradise. Enjoy relaxing moments poolside, beachfront, or exploring the whimsical boutiques in the SUNNY QUAINT VILLAGES on Anna Maria Island.
Everything you need to enjoy your days on the island is at the cottage - just add food & drink + swimsuit & flip flops. We provide a STREET LEGAL GOLF CART (4 seats), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, Wheeleez beach wagon, bicycles, four stand up paddle boards, two-seat kayak, private outdoor shower/changing room with hot & cold water, two gas grills, coolers, and more! After a day at the beach or sightseeing, the private pool/spa awaits - chilled or heated - any time of the year. A 55 inch Smart TV is set up for you to watch your favorite team (or whatever!) while chilling in the pool! Ledge Lounger ice bucket/table in pool splash pad for your drinks.
Don't bring beach towels, paper towels, or toilet paper! We have all the basics (and more) supplied in the kitchen and bathroom. Pack n Play, high chair, booster seat & stroller are in the hall closet for the small ones. Pet dishes in place for your OTHER small ones!
Spices, chocolates, wine, water at each bedside, coffee, and tea complete the arrival necessities. Coffee grinder is also provided.
Located a short leisurely stroll down a charming sandy pathway from Gulf beaches with sparkling crystal clear water and gorgeous white sand, the cottage locale also provides access to delicious island eateries or come home and grill your own freshly caught fish and DINE AROUND THE POOL. Don’t miss the blackened grouper or scallops at the nearby Waterfront, a classic Philly cheesesteak at Slim's, or a cheeseburger in paradise at Duffy's Tavern!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts truly care about their guests. They were incredibly responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful providing clear instructions, local recommendations, and making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay.The highlight of the property was hands-down the breathtaking sunset views. Each evening felt like a private show, with gorgeous colors lighting up the sky. Whether enjoying dinner on the patio or simply relaxing with a drink, the views made every moment special.The amenities were top-notch and exactly as described clean, and well-maintained. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to comfortable linens and cozy seating areas. It truly felt like a home away from home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with incredible views and attentive hosts. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

The host was excellent very nice extremely helpful if you needed the amenities were nothing I have seen before. We have been traveling to Florida and staying at places all over for probably 14 years and this is the only place that really had the amenities and made you feel welcome we stayed at places with heated pools but well if the weather wasn’t good it wasn’t heated not this place. They said heated pool. We were unfortunately there when the temperatures dropped to the low 50s and he kept the pool heated into the 80s, which was great. We had a brief power outage while we were there but I wasn’t worried about it at all, but as soon as the power went out, the host texted us right away reminded us where lights were lanterns, flashlights the tentativeness of the host is remarkable.

Hosts were exceptional. Communicated quickly to answer questions. Apartment was putfitted wirh everything we needed. Private location. Loved the private pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Short walk to a gorgeous beach. Love the laid back feel of AMI!
