We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

The mountain view is simply amazing Heavenly Heights is a beautiful and well maintained cabin everything nice and clean I do subject from a Executive Housekeeper point to wash all bedding after each guest some of the throws weren't fresh overall I give it 4 stars

The cabin was beautiful but the dust was absolutely horrible! With me having asthma it was flaring up pretty bad . I would recommend cleaning it for real .

GREAT VIEW!!! Cabin had thousands of Lady bug and Beatles. Window sills were filled with them. The floor was covered with them. We called and the cleaning lady came and cleaned them up but there were still so many of them in the carpets and corners all over the cabin. Pest control guy came he sprayed outside right by the doors. He didn’t go into any of the bedrooms and spray or nothing It looked like the cabin hadn’t been cleaned for several days. Fire pit had no good way to get to it. It was dangerous. There was no clear path to get to it. So we didn’t get to use it at all. Had several extension cords hooked up and laying in an area where people walked to get in to the living room. We put a rug over them because someone tripped on them.
