About this apartment rental
This fully equipped apartment is on the 3rd level of XX century building with elevator a few steps away from the commercial district of Neuilly with a large selection of bakers, bistrots and supermarkets ( Rue michelis is around the corner). The apartment consists of a living room with balcony and a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, washer/dryer and separate toilet and a bedroom with queen size bed. The apartment comes with free wifi, cable tv, hotel quality linen and towels. The station les sablons on metro line 1 and the neuilly farmers market is 5 minutes away and louise michel on metro line 3 is 15 minutes away.
Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1pm and after 9pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 10am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1pm.

This property is as beautiful as pictured, and the neighbourhood is lovely. The metro is conveniently nearby. Everything about it was absolutely delightful. The host gave me advice about getting easily to the apartment and generously helped me secure a ticket to an event, which I will never forget, it was thrilling! This gave an experience I will treasure always! I’m unsure about the wine question? I do not know anything about a winery or vineyard.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The area was a perfect fit for our needs with many options for restaurants and groceries. The nearby Marche Neuilly-sur-seine is a nice experience for local delicacies. The neighbourhood has much to offer in regard to a true Parisian experience and is close to the many sights that Paris has to offer. My only criticism would be that a red chair in the living room is unsightly and needs to be replaced and the outdoor patio plants need to be maintained and improved. There was a minor miscommunication issue between the apartment owner and property manager that impacted our stay. The owners appeared at the apartment door late one night expecting to stay, not realizing the property was occupied. They were gracious and offered apologies yet this was certainly not an ideal experience for us. Nonetheless, I recommend the property.

If your looking for a great neighborhood close to very convenient metro lines this is your place. We loved everything about the apt - the cute balcony to enjoy our breakfasts and dinner after a full day exploring. We loved shopping from the bakery, fruit stands, cheese shops, wine stores all outside our door and the best coffee in Paris. Great restaurants outside the door. Quiet neighborhood to enjoy after the hustle and bustle of Paris prior. Everyone was very friendly. Our first Paris experience -'we fell in love with Neuilly se Seine.
