Awesome log style retreat with wonderful Mountain Decor!! This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths plus a nice outdoor spa on the back deck and FREE WIFI Pets Allowed

As you walk into this wonderful log style home has high vaulted wood ceilings and wood floors throughout. The living room has a wood-burning stone fireplace, TV/DVD/WiFi in an open floor plan. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, and the essentials for your cooking needs plus a great dining table for friends and family. You'll enjoy relaxing in the outdoor spa on the back deck that is surrounded by pine trees. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with a master with a king bed, TV, and a private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom with a twin bed and a bunk set This property is on a large lot that is open to the forested mountain. There are laundry and a propane BBQ for your use. Great for families that want to have a fun weekend in the snow with the family. Great sledding!! This property is great for all seasons!!

~No smoking indoors
~Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported.
~Firewood is not provided for guest use.
~Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided)
~If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee
~No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa.
~IT IS BEST TO SHOWER BEFORE YOU USE THE SPA
~ Any lotions, oils, hairspray, sunscreen on your body could turn the water and make it unusable.
~If the spa needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee.
~Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only.
~Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it.
~ When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check-in at the property.

Host communicated well and responded with all questions and requests promptly. House was clean and as expected. If I’m going to be critical, kitchen could use updating as well as pans and utensils. Kitchen has no vent hood and no windows could be open so I had to prop open the door to vent out cooking smoke. Otherwise great stay!

Recently went up to Big Bear last minute and Megan was so helpful getting us into a cabin and gave wonderful recommendations for our stay. By far the best company I've booked with when staying in big bear and will definitely be back.

I have a list with pictures of all the things im not happy withTo begin, is a very expensive rental so we expect the bestEntertainment system, at least 10 yrs old, hello there’s Netflix- Amazon to mention and some other more to enjoy with family in a rental place Master Bedroom window doesn’t open or close n still 1” away so it closed 1 old used bandage at dining room window, what? Really? And you still call that a good cleaning? Where are you COVID-19 cleaning precautions-
