El Sueno 1 is located in the heart of Old Town. Fully remodeled units with modern touches. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the Malecon. 2 blocks away from Vallartas incredible night life.
The Space:
Villa El Sueno 1 is a lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. The kitchen is fully equipped to bring out the chef in you. Refrigerator, oven, range, dishwasher, microwave and even a wine refrigerator. Airconditioning and wifi throughout the unit.
The bedroom has a nice comfortable king size bed with a 43 inch smart tv that has is connected to wifi.
All guests have access to the amazing rooftop pool that includes an outdoor kitchen.
Other Things to Note:
The building is equipped with security cameras monitoring the main entrances and access points for safety purposes only. These cameras do not affect guest privacy and are not directed toward the interior of the units or private/common leisure areas.
Maid service is available on request for an additional fee. Supplies are provided at the beginning of your stay. If you run out, it will be your responsibility to replace them.

The unit is exactly as described in the listing. Good clean spot to use as a base of operations. It is a good size, pretty well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. You should know that it is partially below ground and does not have the most natural light, but does have alot of internal lighting. It is also at the start of the hilly Alta Vista section of town which could be a challenge for any one with mobility challenges.
Easy checkin and check out and communication with the property manager was very good. Overall, good value for money.

The condo has a great shower and bed but needs to be cleaner. The coffee pot was full of mold and bathroom needed a thorough cleaning.
