Year-Round Activities: In summer, enjoy hiking trails, a Memorial Day parade, chili cook-offs, live music, water activities, and wildlife sightings. Winter brings snowshoeing and snowmobiling, while spring unveils serene trails and snow-draped vistas. Explore the Grand Lake Creative District, visit galleries, and savor cozy restaurants catering to every palate. Whether you’re sipping hot cocoa by the frozen lake or hiking amidst fall foliage, adventure awaits!

Enjoy a large private patio with mountain views, a rooftop common area with seating, charming restaurants, and the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater right across from our condo. Whether you’re exploring local dining, hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, or enjoying boating and fishing on Grand Lake, Mad Moose Retreat is your ideal choice. And for winter enthusiasts, there’s ice hockey on the lake or snowmobiling in the snowmobile capital of Colorado.
Best of Both Worlds: As a Colorado native, I appreciate the rugged beauty of the mountains, while my husband, who hails from Minnesota, loves the tranquility of Colorado’s largest and oldest natural lake. Our comfy modern condo offers the best of both worlds for your Colorado getaway!

If you are looking for the perfect property in Grand Lake, this one is it. Everything about the property is ideal - city central location, a code protected garage space, elevator access within steps and even a wagon to help you move things easily. The property is so comfortable and the attention to detail is stellar. Great balcony with grill and umbrella table set - perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxing. Other amenities were also outstanding from the coffee bar to the laundry detergent pods. This host has paid attention to every detail possible and it not only shows, it shines.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed unit! Location is superb for easy walking access to all of the main strip shops and restaurants in Grand Lake. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Added perk was the secured garage parking.

Perfect in town quiet location with private deck and lovely views. Condo is furnished with everything you could possibly need, fully stocked kitchen and even has a washer/dryer with supplies.
Unit is great for any age traveler and especially good for those with young children and seniors. The individual parking spot in the garage with an elevator to your unit is a real bonus. We will definitely return to Grand Lake and this studio condominium.
