Nice bathroom with shower / WC. Seating area with 2 comfortable chairs. Double bed (1,60 mx 2,00 m) with good slatted frame and mattress healthy. Magnificent view of the green. Non smoking apartment - No pets - Unfortunately not suitable for small children
