About this apartment rental
Mustang Bungalow 4MI is a spacious one bedroom one bath condo. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a new 32" flat screen TV and full size futon sofa. The total sleeping capacity is 4 people. There is a full kitchen equipped with everything you will need to cook your catch after a long day of fishing. The grounds are nicely manicured, complete with mature citrus trees. There are fish cleaning facilities on the property. The beach is approximately 2 blocks away but close enough to feel the gulf breezes. PETS NOT ALLOWED.

Our rental was cozy, had most of the items we needed and was comfy and very convenient to our go to places. It was a bit noisier than we are used to but quiet between 10p and 7a. I’d have preferred it be a bit cleaner on check in but the issues were minor. No dishwasher, heads up! We got great value for our money.

Property is affordable and fairly conveniently located. It’s a very no-frills spot, which is reflected in the affordability.There were some definite cleanliness issues and we could have used more towels/washcloths. The kitchen has basic pots and pans and utensils. There were no hot pads. Most places we’ve stayed have had some salt/pepper/kitchen basics, but this doesn’t. Not a deal breaker, but we would have thrown some in if we had known. The property was quiet and felt safe.
