About this villa rental
Beautiful villa with swimming pool is located at the end of a quiet and small Istrian village. The house has a swimming pool with built-in jets, which with the peace and greenery of the village makes the perfect combination for a relaxing holiday. The house has a large terrace and barbecue.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet, living room and a bedroom with two single beds.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two large double beds, a balcony and a bathroom with a bath.
Pool heating is an option - 10€/day
The house is primarily intended for families with children and is not suitable for groups of young people whose interest is "party".

The property was well maintained and any problems were sorted out. There was everything you needed for a good relaxing holiday plenty of room, good facilities, and to top it all it was situated in a lovely area in beautiful countryside near to Bale Valle where there were restaurants, bars etc. It was so peaceful and relaxing, no one wanted to go home the children especially loved it in fact everyone did. We will certainly try and visit again

A beautiful house in a wonderful and very calm village. The picture of the house it's how it look in reality. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable, the pool was big and cleaned two times per week. The house is situated last in the road and therefore it's very quiet and peaceful.
It's close to the lovely town Bale and only 20 km to Rovinj.
The owner Ivan was extremely helpful and made us feel welcomed. We would absolutely recommend this house for relatives and friends.
