PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. This was an absolutely beautiful property. It was a great location for all things on the south side of the island and we loved being able to walk across the street to watch the sunset. The condo had amazing views and was super quiet. It was beautifully appointed and very clean. We would absolutely stay there again!

We love Poipu Kapilli! This was our third stay at the resort and we will be back again. We arrive, take a deep breath, soak in the view, and just like that, everything is good. We stayed in unit #24 and it was fantastic. The view is one of the best in the entire resort and the unit is beautifully appointed and very well equipped. The bed was so comfortable that we are going bed shopping when we get home. The two showers were nice to have and the kitchen was professionally stocked with sharp knives, all the utensils and appliances we could ever want. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, but we didn’t need to use it even once, as the many fans are more than sufficient. It is beautiful to wake up to the sound of the birds and waves in the morning. The resort is close to shopping, beaches, and restaurants and we walked every day. We can’t wait to come back to our “Happy Place.”
