In addition to the adorable guest house, two large porches surround the home, providing a generous grilling and sitting area, with al fresco dining. The outside oasis also features an outdoor shower.
The kitchen is well stocked, featuring generous counter space, ample lighting, and plenty of cooking and eating utensils. The dining room table comfortably seats 6. Find additional seating at the bar and outdoor dining table.
The living room is gorgeous. It’s also cozy! Relax on the comfy sofa, enjoy the big game on the 70" smart TV, and warm up in the winter months with a fireplace.
The main house has a downstairs bedroom with a king bed, a large closet, and a Smart TV. This bedroom has hall bath access in addition to outdoor balcony access.
The upstairs primary bedroom, king, with an ensuite bathroom, features an extra-large, double-headed walk-in shower and a double vanity. Also featured are large his-and-her closets, a 65" Smart TV, and a balcony overlooking the pool.
The 1st built-in bunk room has a twin over a queen bed and the 2nd built-in bunk room has a twin over a full bed with a full trundle. The bunk rooms have a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Both bunk rooms have Smart TVs.

Santa Rosa Beach has everything you’d want in a beach town. The house was nice and clean, the pool was clean as well. No ice maker, bring your own ice.

House was very clean and updated and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the bikes and the pool! It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that there is no ice maker.
