-Use the premises in a safe and respectful manner;
-Comply with all rental rules provided by the Host;
-Accept responsibility for the conduct of all individuals allowed onto the premises during the rental period.

The Guest acknowledges that use of certain features of the property, including but not limited to stairs, balconies, hot tubs, pools, or recreational equipment, carries inherent risks. The Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks and waives any claims related thereto.

A very cute place! Place was clean. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The backyard is great for hanging out with friends or enjoying family. We were in town for a festival and getting Uber/Lyft was quick and easy. Would stay again.

We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. The house was spacious and the backyard was geeat. Check in was easy and house was very clean. I would recommend staying here.
