Self-check-in instructions will be provided with directions to the condo, parking info, and electronic access codes to the gate and unit. Starter supplies of laundry detergent, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. The association requires they receive rental documentation at least 7 days prior to occupying the property. Also 7-night minimum rental even if you do not stay the entire time. No pets, no vaping, no smoking. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit is on the smaller side, but worked just fine for us as we don't really spend a ton of time inside. The enclosed porch was great to have to store all of our beach stuff and coolers and to enjoy a meal while eating outside.

Loved this property - the location is about a 5 minute walk to the beach as well as restaurants, mini golf and night life. The condo association has a beautiful pool and the owner had a wagon with beach essentials available for us to use.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the bed was really uncomfortable. The mattress could probably use a topper and the sheets were ridiculously uncomfortable. Bring your own sheets and pillows (the pillows there were flat) and there would be no reason not to stay at this location!
We would love to visit again - with our own sheets of course! ;)
