The home is wonderful! We had 2 couples with 2 teens and a kiddo. Everything was clean, location was perfect, and the host was very responsive. The pool is clean, having our own pier was perfect for all the fishermen in the group. We would definitely recommend this home and stay her again!

We love Channelview and have been visiting for more than 30 years, but the customer service, especially the cleaning and upkeep of the rooms, has gone WAY down in the last few years. The floor of the condo was NOT clean upon arrival and there was no housekeeping service during our 8-night stay, which is unacceptable. Each bathroom only had 2 bath towels, 1 bath mat and 1 hand towel, and they were never replenished, requiring us to do laundry on our vacation. The de-humidifier was broken, the sinks didn't have drain stoppers, and a lot of the appliances and amenities were very outdated. We love staying at Channelview and hope to continue, but a little attention to cleanliness and customers' needs would go a LONG way.
