The owner communicated quickly and was incredibly friendly. I enjoyed my stay in this quiet and safe neighborhood. I felt at home while I worked for nearly three months in Houston. Highly recommend staying here for any amount of time. Don't pass this place up!There is a ton to do locally and easy access to main roads for visiting the city.

We stayed for two weeks and the host was very kind and easy to get ahold of if you need anything! The house was clean a felt like home! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Also super dog friendly had stuff for the puppy at the house!

Host accommodating to answer questions in a timely manner. Re-rented for 38 nights during State move looking for a home to purchase in Texas. Fortunately we found a home and closed escrow sooner than we needed to stay 38 nights we vacated almost 2 weeks early, but unfortunately, we were not able to get any of our monies paid for the 38 nights back The host did offer if she re-rented in the time vacated to the time we paid that she would accommodate us back. Somehow we did have to purchase a generator because we were without electricity during the hurricane unfortunately, it was very difficult with the heat and humidity and rain being 90° in the house with no electricity, and just running fans with hot air and we had to plug the refrigerator into our generator that we purchased to keep our food fresh, but is convenient to restaurants And shopping .The home is decorated tastefully and we did bring our well-behaved dog with us and there were even dog toys in a bed, but our dog preferred his own bed so did not use it lol
