The southern flair has been carefully adapted to the architecture of the area. Typical features here are the sloped roof, partially grouped windows, shutters and the recessed staggered floor, which offers space for large, sunny terraces in south-west location. All apartments are spacious and bright, have a balcony or terrace and an underground parking space. Depending on the size, 2-4 persons can stay here. Bicycles can be accommodated in a storage room.
