Beach front vacation house

Very cute beach house with pool access and walkable to the beach.

My family and I spent our vacation at this property, and we had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.The beach was within walking distance, which was very convenient, and the Walmart Marketplace was just around the corner for any essentials we needed. The property owner was responsive, helpful, and quick to address any questions or concerns throughout our stay.Overall, this is an excellent location for a family getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to return in the future. Highly recommended!

This family trip had been planned for months and we were excited to arrive. After driving approx 17 hours we were 10 min early. When I came our parking spot was taken. It was the owner and his family. They were still cleaning the home. His wife and dtr said we were early and stated “No No No too early.” Also made a shooing motion with their hands. I needed to use the bathroom and was able to do that. Afterwards I left with my family and came back 11 min later. At that time, I was questioned if I had more people coming and informed I wasn’t allowed in earlier bc I was too early. The owner informed he would be coming to take the garbage can back in the next day and to not to be alarmed he’d be there. I suggested I’d just do it and he didn’t need to come. There were many amenities not available-basic stuff—hot hands for the oven, hand soap very low, three forks. This place looks beat up and would benefit from some TLC and a deep cleaning, found garbage and crumbs on the floor and it wasn’t from our stay. The first night cops stopped by next door, unclear what happened there. The location and overall trip was a great experience and we made the best of it. I would strongly recommend this area but staying in a different house and not through this owner-Chet. It seems they’ve had some poor experiences and are not very trusting of people in general, poor customer service and social skills.
