About this house rental
This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with a king bed, two queen-sized beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features vaulted ceilings and a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Private laundry and garage. The private deck offers beautiful mountain views. Enjoy the quiet location or take advantage of the nearby shuttle and be anywhere in the resort within minutes. Settlers Creek offers shared amenities including a heated pool and 2 hot tubs.
Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.
The spacious entryway offers three sets of mounted hooks, a bench and storage cubbies for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the living area that features large windows allowing plenty of natural light and beautiful views. There is a flat screen TV next to a gas fireplace with stone surround. The sofa can pull out into a queen-sized bed. Extra linens are in a closet.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats eight. Just off the dining area is the private deck with beautiful views. The first of three full bathrooms is also on this main level and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There’s a private washer and dryer, and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.
The primary suite is on the main level and features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a flat screen TV. The gorgeous en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with a glass enclosure. Upstairs on the third level are two guest bedrooms. Both feature queen-sized beds on our Ivory White Bedding program. Both bedrooms also have flat screen TVs and share a bathroom that has double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

We had a great 4 night stay. Two families with 2 kids and an infant. The setup and location was great. A few minor tweaks would have made our trip exceptional. The door from the first bedroom to the upstairs bathroom would not stay shut or lock. This is a problem when you have an infant sleeping in the bedroom and the door stays open while using the bathroom and lights. Additionally, the home was very hard to manage the temperature. It was extremely hot at nights, forcing us to open windows and use fans to bring in cold air. This would usually not be a problem, but again, with small children, consistent temperature is important. Finally, the downstairs master bedroom tv kept turning on at random times throughout out the night without intervention. This was problematic with a young kid sleeping in a crib in the room. We eventually just unplugged all the electronics from the wall.Overall we had an excellent stay. With a few minor tweaks, we would have had an exceptional stay!

Very nice apartment. We stayed with our family and the space was perfect for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, which was a great bonus after our activities. The location is excellent, very close to Keystone Resort. The hosts were very kind and attentive, always available for any questions or suggestions. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Overall a good functional unit in a great location. Only gripe was the wear and tear in a few places. Upstairs furniture had missing drawer handles, bathroom door would not close/lock, etc. All minor but distracting.
