Your stay at *THE URBN PALACE* includes full, private use of a 2-bedroom unit on a 3-unit property as well as full use of TWO (2) tandem off-street parking spaces in the front Left side of driveway reserved for this unit. Everything was nice and convenient, easy to access, steep driveway so be sure to go at an angle. Bedrooms had good space, the study was easy to use as were the other amenities. I'd say the only detractor was damp spots of black on the ceiling in the bathroom indicating cleaning wasn't the most thorough but everything was nicely arranged. Thank you!

Nice property and location. This place has plenty of sleeping options for a group. It was just myself and my two dogs. Plenty of trim for us and yard was great for them. Neighborhood was safe and pretty walkable for dogs. There is plenty close for the dogs also parks and beach. Host communication was great! Place could use a little tax bust it was good for my 11 night stay.
