Comfortable and bright family apartment with skis on your feet

We had a fabulous family holiday in La Tania in a very beautiful apartment. The owner, Melanie, made the booking process very easy from our first enquiry to the prompt return of our damage deposit. The apartment is well equipped, very spacious and comfortable and we will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Melanie.

On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the standard of finish and size and of the apartment. The photographs on the website really don’t do it justice. We were able to park our VW Transporter van in the locked underground garage and use the lift to carry our luggage to the accommodation. There is a ski locker on the ground floor and you can ski from the apartment to the main lift. There is also everything you need within a short walk including a very good Sherpa outside the main entrance. It would be helpful if a clothes airer could be provided for drying the children’s ski clothes after their evenings escapades on the sledging slopes. The kitchen facilities are very good but there is no oven, this however was not a problem for us. The master bed was excellent but the children were less comfortable in the bunk beds. They would benefit from some better mattresses. The apartment does not have WiFi. There is a service you can sign up to but after paying £25 my wife found it did not provide the service it promised. If this is something you require then I would advise you to investigate prior to your arrival. We had a great time in La Tania and the bright, warm apartment helped to make this possible. We would definitely recommend this for a family holiday and also for a couples getaway.
