A rental contract must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
No parties or events are permitted without Manager approval.
There is no smoking allowed on the property.

Great property in nice area in Flagstaff. Lots of beds, large well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. There are lots of stairs so might not be best for young children. Views from the decks were beautiful. Quick ride into downtown Flagstaff. Interesting artwork around the house of the Mongollon Monster, aka AZ Sasquatch!

Property was great! House was amazing as well. Host was great to communicate with, recommend staying here especially if you're coming in town for golf!
