Snowmobile Access: Continue down Sunset Ln (not Marbles Way) to the parking lot by the Lakehouse Condos' dumpsters. That short path takes you right to the main trail. Please do not ride on the other lots in the neighborhood - you can ride on Marbles Way and Sunset to get on the trails.
NO LAKE IS EVER "SAFE"!
Please do not attempt to walk, ski or ride snowmobiles on the lakes unless you are absolutely sure that the ice conditions will support you and your equipment. Rangeley has plenty of trails on land for snowmobiling, skiing, snowshoeing and walking. If you must ride on the lakes, please use caution.

Great spot for our first time visit to Rangeley! The house had everything we needed, was very clean and staff was very helpful/reaponsive for questions. From the location we were able to walk downtown. We will be back!

There are times in everyone's life when you need a little help and Morton and Furbish Rentals did just that. They made an otherwise difficult moment into a beautiful weekend for myself, my wife and grandson. They went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you to everyone at Morton and Funish.

Great location. Convenient to lake, town and Saddleback. Quiet. Very nicely appointed. Plenty of towels, dishes, blankets, etc. Nice appliances. House is well laid out. Great to be able to bring pets.
Few things to fix. Closet door in primary bedroom did not stay on track and could be dangerous if children were playing around in the room. Primary bedroom door didn't latch closed. Same with other bedroom doors. The TVs were a challenge casting and streaming shows using Roku. Adding Direct TV or a basic cable package wouldn't be that expensive and would be a client satisfier. We were there during March Madness and our live streaming/casting kept halting. Maybe increase internet? We did lose internet on Friday into Saturday during our stay. Probably due to high winds.
Overall, very nice place.
