What some of our guests do not love about our listing:
- This is an apartment/studio in a duplex. There are tenants downstairs below the unit, and you may hear them occasionally.
- This is an upstairs unit, meaning you'll be going up and down a flight of stairs each time you enter or exit.
Our home comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed and a futon in the unit.
- The home occupancy permits 4 people.
Complimentary coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
You have access to the entire apartment during your stay.
We live about 10 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.
*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.

Awesome place close to Fred Meyer, BK & McD's and our fave L&L Hawaiian BBQ yum! Entertainment center was great (TV DVD's & players) SUPER Comfy lounge recliners (I fell asleep in often), queen bed, futon and the BEST equipped kitchen of the 6 VRBO's we have stayed in while looking for a permanent home this past 6 months. Hosts were great! Will stay here again if we need to for whatever reason - Mahalo :)

Overall, the unit was very clean and accommodating. Our stay was comfortable. The kitchen was fully operational and had an abundance extra appliances. There was also a complete collection of spices, which we really did appreciate. Ample closet space and large kitchen table were convenient. The unit is upstairs so that is something you'd have to consider. Other than that, the train tracks are nearby and you can hear it in the middle of the night.

It was a great place to stay at, very cozy inside. It was also very close to restaurants and grocery stores as well as many mom and pop shops.
