- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- Parking in the driveway for 2 cars max.
- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. (Sand Key properties only: WINTER TEXAN RATE: November 1-March 1 at $1300 monthly + fees.
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

Pet friendly cottage located in Spanish Village of Port Aransas. It’s within walking or golf cart distance to all the shops, restaurants and beach front locations in Port Aransas! Host is very responsive and will answer any of your questions!

Aside from a small shower with low water pressure (not a huge deal to us) we loved our stay here! It was great for us and our two pups who also loved it! Small but efficient and has all you need! We will be back :)

The property was very small even for two of us. It was functional yet not comfortable. You have to look hard to find the charm. There were many issues I took pictures of as we got there. For the price paid I expected a nicer facility. Even an older property can be updated. Parking was almost non exist. I will however, end with a positive, the location was close to town and beach.
