Ski in for lunch or at the end of the day and relax in the hot tub!
This penthouse unit is on the Southwest corner of Townsend Place, which provides ample natural light from the extra windows. Private 2 bedroom, 2 full bath. Walk-out to all the shops, restaurants, ice rink, ski school, ski lifts, and Vilar Center of the Performing Arts, play ground for kids 50 ft away, overlooking the creek. A+ location and views. Be in the center of the action!
In the summertime you are right next to Beaver Creek Golf Course (you can book tee times for this golf club by staying here), hiking trails, biking trails, miniature golf, kids trampolines, slack lines, Corn hole, climbing walls.

Off-season stay for a soccer tournament - worked perfectly to accommodate our family. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Quick responses from the host. Would recommend for in-season stay as the hot tub access, fireplace, and balcony views would not disappoint! Would stay again!
