The latest check-out time is 10 a.m.
Make yourself at home—all we ask is that you treat the place as you would your own. There are other tenants in the building; please do not disturb them with loud music, etc.
The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave—that is, wash the dishes and dispose of any food. And please take out the trash—the trash bin is right in front of the building.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the building; a penalty fee of 200 CHF will be charged if you smoke. Thank you for your understanding.
Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon with us prior to booking.
Please note that shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.
You are not alone in the building; please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. Thank you.

The apartment and furniture are handed over in good working order and properly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged, and/or broken items. In the event that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the cost of changing the lock(s).

Very clean room in the middle of Old Town Zurich. Really enjoyed our stay. Had a minor problem and it was resolved quickly. That shows the commitment of the host. Very satisfied

Excellent host, the studio was a perfect location for my wife and I. Easy walk to the train station, lots of restaurants and shops just steps away. The studio was the perfect size for 2ppl, well stocked and very cozy. Dimi was a great host and very responsive.

Excellent accommodation on a quiet street within a short walking distance to the art museum and a 1 minute walk to coffee. Great location for shopping and dining all within a 5 minute walk. Uber from Zurich HB took 5 minutes and cost approximately $15 CHF
