About this apartment rental
Beautiful gated waterfront community, 1BD/1BA ground floor condo with sleeper sofa, full kitchen, dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Wifi access, screened-in lanai within walking distance to beach, Grocery stores, shopping, bars, restaurants.
Free parking provided (one vehicle- must be registered upon check in) and no need to drive unless desired!
There is a fitness center, sauna, whirlpool, and 2 heated swimming pools on premises (main pool is very close), BBQ grilling areas.
The pickle ball and tennis courts, fishing, playgrounds, jet skiing, parasailing, boating, deep sea fishing, golf courses, and dolphin cruises are all within 5-10 mile radius!
You're within a few feet of the docks to throw out a fishing line or even schedule a charter for some fishing out on the bay with whomever you select!
You can sit at the intercoastal waterways or on the beach watching the sunset/sunrise while glimpsing dolphins play!
Trolleys are available to visit John's Pass Village or just cruise along Gulf Blvd to see where else you wish to visit.
Many places are offering LIVE music and there is plenty to do--tennis, basketball, pickleball, baseball/softball courts, playgrounds and water attractions. Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay, Clearwater Aquarium, Florida Tampa Aquarium, Dali museum, St Pete, and other attractions are all within an hour or less drive!

The host was amazing and went above and beyond to get diet pop in the fridge for us as we got in after midnight for a night cap! However hard to find the keys(Fob) etc but it was dark and the directions said right but they were actually on the
Left lol ! Which I would have seen in the daylight!
Great spot, very clean and well equipped! Would definitely recommend, thanks Heather

Great condo all the supplies you need and then some. Quiet location comfortable bed and pillows close to everything.
