Renovated 46m² one-bedroom apartment with a beautiful sea view, comprising:
Living room with a double sofa bed (140x190cm) and TV, opening onto a west-facing balcony with furniture;
- Separate kitchen equipped with a 4-burner cooktop, range hood, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine; bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) opening onto a balcony with a bay view; alcove with a double sofa bed (133x190cm);
- Shower room. / Separate WC / WIFI
Secure underground parking - CLEANING INCLUDED
Linen not provided, but can be rented from the agency: single bed €12, double bed €20, towel kit €8, bath mat €3, tea towel €2.
