In the winter months, cozy up with loved ones on the heated patio, savoring the beauty of snow-capped mountains while staying warm and toasty. And when you're ready to explore, downtown Manson is just a short drive away, with charming shops, delicious dining options, and vibrant tasting rooms.

As you enter through the front door you are instantly greeted with those amazing views, vaulted ceilings and a spacious open floor plan. Perfect for entertaining, the living room, dining room and kitchen with an extra-large island are all right there, overlooking the lake. Sit back, relax and enjoy the company of your guests, or take advantage of your down time to watch a movie on the large 70-inch Smart TV. Cable TV is also provided.

The pristine, light and bright kitchen features generous and gorgeous countertops and enough amenities to accommodate family meal prep and plenty of appetizers. It also provides more dining space in addition to the dining table. This dreamy chef’s kitchen includes an oversized sink, induction stove/oven combo, icemaker and extra-large fridge/freezer that makes it easy to cook up your favorite meals and host holiday dinners for your group.

Just off the great room is the large inviting deck, perfect for outdoor relaxation and entertaining, and for enjoying a glass of wine while catching the beautiful sunsets over the lake. Make sure you plan to grill up a killer meal on the wood pellet Traeger grill. Dine el fresco out on the deck, where you can enjoy morning coffee, brunch, evening happy hours, and dinner with the backdrop of Lake Chelan.

Furthermore, you can’t miss the stairs off the deck leading down to the home’s beautiful pool! This heated, seasonal pool (available May-early October) is equipped with a tanning shelf, plenty of entertaining furniture and 180-degree views of the lake and mountains. This will certainly provide you with an unforgettable summer vacation!

Both primary bedrooms have incredible lake views, four seasons king sized beds and well-designed ensuites. Take advantage of the large walk-in shower and soaker tub found in the primary bedroom on the north side. The third bedroom has 2 double sized beds, making it perfect for kiddos, multiple families or couples. The third bathroom is found in the hallway and the half bath is conveniently located off the great room. Guests also have access to the washer and dryer and half of the garage. You’ll find an additional fridge in the garage too, which is perfect for storing beverages or additional food.

The front and back yards provide a serene escape for guests to unwind and play. An expansive grassy area make it perfect for lawn games, such as corn hole, which are provided!

CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR LCVR:
1. Max Occupancy: 6 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 3 vehicles and one boat/jet ski trailer
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) and 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans

VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners and hosts may lose their permit to operate

PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS
There is space for several vehicles in the front driveway. There is a gravel driveway on the side of the house that can easily accommodate boat and trailer parking. Please note, street parking is not allowed and due to underground sprinklers, driving over the lawns with vehicles or trailers is prohibited.


CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, we have three outdoor cameras: one at the front door, one at the garage and one overlooking the pool. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.


PETS:
LCVR is not pet friendly. Please note, however the house is not pet free. The owners, who use the home occasionally, have a hypoallergenic dog.


POOL MAINTENANCE:
Pool maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Tuesdays & Fridays in the high season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.


VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).


GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

This house is gorgeous and very modern, accurate to the pictures shown in the ad. The location magical, my family and I fell in love with it.The host were very helpful at all times, excellent communication. This is a 10 out of 10 in every category, the house had everything we needed and more. Very very clean and neat, in other words, spotless.The views from the deck are breathtaking, making a hot cocoa during Christmas even better. What an amazing experience, one we hope to repeat.

The pictures don’t do this home justice. The views are breathtaking. Every day we played in the pool. The home is so comfortable - living room was very nice and couches cozy - enough room for everyone to spread out. Nice big table in dining room as well as outdoor deck. Lots of space to enjoy a meal, play games and do crafts. The kitchen was wonderful - everything we needed was there. Beds were all comfortable as well. We are leaving well rested! Would stay here again.

Great family vacation home, well laid out floorplan. Love that the master suite was on the separate end of the house. Great gathering space in the family room, kitchen and outside deck with space for sitting and dinners. Everything we needed to have meals in the home was provided and other amenities were well stocked. Great large pool that was heated with beautiful views of Lake Chelan and the mountains. Love all the natural light in the house. Location was just far enough north to get incredible view, but close enough to downtown Manson and downtown Chelan to enjoy all the things to do. Went for electric bike tours and rented pontoon and jet skis. Plenty of wine tastings to choose from in the area. Great hosts that provided prompt and effective communication. Will look to stay here again!
