We love this hip, fun, eclectic beach retreat! Within a few minutes you'll have your toes in the sand!
This is a multi-level home with a bedroom up and a bedroom down. One bath up and one down.
Extra living area upstairs, with TV! Great house to gather and spread out as needed.
Casa Mingo is pet friendly and welcomes up to 2 dogs, WITH APPROVAL. Dog(s) must be fully housebroken, on regular flea/tick treatment, well behaved, kept on a hand-held leash at all times while outside private areas, and crate trained. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture at any time, including beds, and guest must plan to crate their dog if away from the home. Guest agrees to pick up all doggie refuse from the property, as it occurs, and dispose of it in a tied bag placed inside garbage bins. Guest agrees their dogs will be clean, with sand removed prior to entering the home. If excessive cleaning and/or deodorizing is needed, extra charges may apply. Cats and other animals are not allowed.
This home has an outdoor shower to wash off in after a long day at the beach!
Family and friends will enjoy preparing meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and sitting on the deck with morning coffee, while watching the sun rise over the ocean...

A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. The house was so nice, and loved the convenience to the beach! You can see the Ocean from the house, gorgeous views. Air conditioner works so good, we enjoyed the cool air, views, comfy couch. Everything was wonderful and made our stay here an absolute pleasure! We highly recommend

Loved the property and location to beach. Decor was beachy and fun. Really fit what I was looking for in a beach home. Everything was great other than the dryer didn't seem to work. Had to hang towels etc after washing. Couple things also need little handyman work but would return 2nd visit if we could get dryer fixed etc. Great property!

A beautifully furnished house in a perfect location for beach and local amenities. The house was well stocked with everything our family needed. The Home-Theatre seating and lovely shower were big hits with our family. Would love to stay there again !

This is a difficult review. We had an easy check-in. Easy to find. The property is unique a bit quirky. What is referred to as the Master has an unusual furniture arrangement and the bathroom is across the hallway so if you were more than a couple it could be awkward, the only locking device for the sliding door is a rod ( same for upstairs balcony) Nice view and very quiet neighborhood. The road is directly to Public Beach access so there are vehicles driving thru early morning. The bathroom had absolutely no place to rest a toothbrush, change of clothes.
Everything seemed clean. Our last night we were putting our belongings together and there was a very large roach in the hallway and when my husband went to get it it went into the laundry closet where he found a cluster of dead roaches. We did not use the laundry as we had a short stay. The following morning, my husband pulled his suitcase out of the closet to find a few roaches in his clean clothes. And as he was dressing one jumped on him. What a horror! We live in the South and are aware there are insects but we feel this should have been taken care of prior to arrival. If we were not checking out we would had made a phone call.
