Includes up to 12 Rumbling Bald passes (children under 12 passes are not required, these passes are only for house guests). 5th bedroom is a temperature controlled bunk room above the game room. Perfect for older kids. Home can sleep 22+. To keep this experience affordable for smaller groups, the posted rates are for the first 12 guests. $30 per guest per night extra for more than 12 guests.
