Set in a fenced private estate, this beautiful vacation home is located just 2 km from the picturesque village of Camaiore and 18 km from the famous sandy beaches of Versilia. The vacation home has a large, landscaped lawn with a beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi, stone barbecue and equipped pergola for pleasant outdoor meals. Enjoy the quiet location and panoramic views of the property and the forest! This vacation accommodation is the ideal solution for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation in contact with the nature of Tuscany. To stay fit, sports equipment is available in the basement room. We recommend a trip to the beautiful Apuan Alps, where the famous white marble comes from. Some distances for activities and excursions: riding school 4 km, the beautiful beaches of Lido di Camaiore 9 km, tennis court 9 km, golf course 14 km. To the charming city of Lucca with intact city walls and Romanesque churches is 22 km. Here are also held major events such as the Lucca- Summer Festival with concerts by international artists, and the Lucca Comics, a must for those who love the fantasy genre. Near Pisa (30 km) the beautiful Piazza dei Miracoli awaits you with the Duomo, Baptistery and the world famous Leaning Tower. It is 95 km to the charming city of Florence. Here, in the birthplace of the Renaissance, you should visit the impressive Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, the nearby Giotto's Bell Tower, Palazzo Vecchio, Santa Croce Church and the unique Uffizi Gallery with its masterpieces! Included in the price are the services (three times a week in the early morning, lasting about two hours), both for the gardener to take care of the garden and for the specialized technician in charge of cleaning and checking the chemical levels of the pool.
