About this house rental
Wonderful views overlooking the Florida Bay that shows magnificent sunsets, lush mangroves, and idyllic sailing activities. These relaxing views will put your mind at peace!
The large dock offers room for an additional personal watercraft and/or boat and the built-in boat slip allows access for use of two paddle boards and one (two-person) canoe available at the property. Fishing from the dock is easy and visits of manatees are sure to entertain you daily! Comfortable seating of four Adirondack chairs circles around a fire pit for an enjoyable evening night-cap.

The house will decompress you as soon as you enter it. Open modern style layout connects the spacious living area, kitchen, and bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern cooking necessities. The bar is fully stocked, and wine choices are plentiful. All if which are on an honour system. Shoot pool while enjoying your cocktail or step out on the large balcony where seating is available to enjoy a unique indoor/outdoor experience.
Nicely decorated bedrooms with private bath, shower, and TV in each bedroom. Beds and bed linen are of top grade quality. Master bedrooms (2) have large bay front balconies for enjoying your private morning coffee.
Outdoor living area does include a covered lounging and dining space, portable gas barbeque, and table tennis. Perfect for family gatherings. The coral stone tile flooring is typical for the Florida Keys. Elevator access for all floors.
Beautiful, well maintained garden with palm trees and other Florida habitation. Artificial turf to play games. On the premises there are four parking spaces from which two are covered. An additional fifth parking space can be found in front of the premises, outside the remote control gate.
Famous local restaurants such as Snooks Bayside, Skippers and Key Largo Café are at walking distance or can be reached using one of the available bikes (4) present at the property. Starbucks, sport courts, including tennis and paddle board are also in close proximity.

This is an exceptional home both inside and out with all the amenities one would expect. We spent every moment possible enjoying the expansive pool and dock area on the quiet waterfront. A group of gentle, peaceful Manatees greeted us most days. Late afternoon kayak trips are a must. The property manager, Ralph, is also excellent and available to answer any questions you may have for him. We are looking forward to another month’s stay next year.
