THE APARTMENT HAS A LARGE 27-METER TERRACE WITH ARTIFICIAL TURF, HAMMOCKS, A TABLE, CHAIRS, ARMCHAIRS, AND A SHOWER WITH STUNNING OCEAN VIEWS WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE ISLAND OF LA GOMERA AND THE FAMOUS CLIFFS.

WITH A GARAGE IN THE SAME BUILDING.

THE APARTMENT IS IDEALLY LOCATED IN A VERY QUIET AREA, AS IT IS ON A CUL-DE-SAC, ALL NECESSARY AMENITIES ARE A 3-MINUTE WALK AWAY, AND THE BEACH, NATURAL POOLS, AND MARINA ARE JUST 7 MINUTES AWAY.

THE APARTMENT HAS BEEN RENOVATED WITH TASTEFUL DECOR.

IT HAS AIR CONDITIONING AND A TV IN THE LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM.

THE POOL IS HEATED.

We have stayed in this block several time but this was our first stay in this apartment. This apartment is lovely, we will definitely be looking to stay again in 2025…

Wonderful break, our third stay in this superb apartment, with fantastic views over the cliffs, harbour and town. Secure apartment and great to have an allocated, safe garage parking space as road parking can be busy. Very comfortable bed, large terrace with lovely patio furniture.
