Trash Disposal: Please follow the designated trash collection days. Use 13-gallon bags and place them in the trash bin located next to the front door to help keep the home clean and tidy.
Parking: The indoor garage is not accessible to guests. Feel free to use the driveway and the visitor parking spaces available throughout the community.
Linens & Towels: Clean sheets and towels provided.
Starter Supplies: We provide starter supplies only, intended for the beginning of your stay. Additional items must be purchased by the guest as needed.

We stayed here for a big family trip with kids from 3 to 14. All loved the house. The adults loved the house too. We most did Universal but did Disney too and both were easy trips from the house. Very impressed and would consider again for next trip.

Amazing home that was perfect for our annual family trip of 16! The home was very spacious with so many fun amenities, from the awesome themed rooms and karaoke setup, to the coolest home theater. We also loved how close it is to all theme parks, so no more long drives in traffic to Universal. We have stayed in many vacation rentals around Orlando and this is definitely one of our favorites! We stayed here for a basketball tournament and there was plenty of room for all 31 of us. The themed rooms were fun for the teenagers, while the parents all had great king bedrooms. The community pool was great too for a little change of scenery.
