**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. This was a very nice place to stay in North Myrtle Beach. It was clean, roomy, and nicely decorated. It is very close to the pool and beach and the shuttle service was a very nice perk. The location to restaurants and attractions was great as well. Easy check in, nice back porch, and a stocked kitchen made the stay enjoyable.

This place was very nice and clean. No issues at all. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Booking, check-in, and check out was easy.

Overall our stay here was ok. Good: check in was easy although the key pick up window is pretty narrow. 4-4:30. They did say they would stay a little later if needed. The house is located nicely to North Beach resort and barefoot landing. The resort people were great to work with (shuttle, beach, pool etc)The bad: House was pretty dirty at arrival. Floors were gritty and sticky. They turned our feet black on the bottom. We spent a good deal of time cleaning them. 2 of the bed rooms have horrible mattresses. The grill outside still had food on it and was really dirty. Not a big deal but there is an extra cleaning fee if you left it dirty. I’m usually not picky at all. My thoughts are if I pay a cleaning fee, a decently high one at that, then I would want a clean place when I check in. That’s an easy fix so it will probably be squared away for the next renters.
