Villa Katia is a modern and comfortable villa, situated on a rural and peaceful location amongst olive groves and cypress, half a kilometer above the farming village of Tsoukalades.
It faces west across terraces of olive and cypress to the sea, and to Antipaxos and the mountains of the mainland beyond. Sunsets are spectacular.

Villa Katia sits peacefully, half a kilometer (3 minutes drive) above Tsoukalades village, just 12 minutes drive away from the center of Lefkas town and 12 minutes far from the spectacular sandy beach of Pefkoulia. Heading south after 2 minutes from Pefkoulia, is Ag. Nikitas village and 3 minutes after Ag. Nikitas is the famous Kathisma beach. On the same coastline to the south, is the beach of Kalamitsi and the worldwide known beaches of Ekremnoi and Porto Katsiki.
Southern Lefkas and its famous beaches have easy and quick access from Villa Katia, either from the southern costal route or from the central mountainous route.
One way or the other, the way to explore Lefkas island, is to start your travel from Villa Katia

Villa Katia is a spacious and attractive villa with a seaview in the perfect location to explore Lefkada. Spyros was a great host and extremely accomodating. Any queries were quickly resolved and he even assisted with our car hire. I would highly recommend Villa Katia.
