This is a very clean & beautiful property. It is just outside the city, with endless attractions within a 20 minute drive. The host is very kind & eager to make sure you are comfortable. He incorporated so many amenities that we didn’t expect. Very family friendly. This is the best rental we’ve ever stayed at - I would definitely rent again!

My family and I had a great time in the Chicago area, thanks in part to the wonderful FAMLYNEST. We were in town for my son's graduation at Northwestern, and this place served as the perfect home base for the graduation events in Evanston and Chicago. It was also close to great restaurants and amenities like CTA stations and grocery stores.The home was clean, well furnished, and spacious. The parking space, laundry room, and basement den proved valuable.Ivan was a gracious and thoughtful host, offering assistance when needed and greeting us with friendly conversation. 5/5

The property was clean and well appointed. It served as a much needed escape from our daily lives. The close proximity to various restaurants, districts, and public transportation were a pleasant surprise.
