About this apartment rental

This excellent duplex in Vilamoura offers a balcony with direct views over the Marina, allowing you to relax on the sofa whilst watching the boats and the magnificent sunset. Located in a privileged area, it has private parking and direct access to the Marina, being only 300 metres from the beach and close to the main golf courses.



In the vicinity you will find restaurants, bars, casino, shops, pharmacy, medical centre, transport, rent-a-car, supermarkets and banks, guaranteeing all convenience during your stay. The apartment comprises an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, providing comfort and functionality.



For stays longer than 28 days, electricity consumption is not included in the reservation price and will be charged separately. A meter reading will be taken at the beginning and end of the stay to determine the consumption incurred, which will be the guest's responsibility to pay.

A definite 80s vibe to the interior, clean and functional, located right on the port of Vilamoura. It has a pleasant little balcony with a great view, private parking, good aircon, simple cooking facilities (a hob and microwave, no oven), plenty restaurants nearby. We reported a small problem with a door handle and whilst we said we didn't need it fixing during our stay, our communication was not acknowledged at all, either from the owner or the managing agents. A hire car is not strictly necessary but gives more options for exploring the coast and inland. Convenient private car parking.

The property is in a perfect location for access to the Marina with its bars and Restaurants, the only small criticism is the apartment could do with some updating especially the furniture on the balcony, the service from the management company was excellent
