About this house rental

The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with window screens. It is simple, cozy, and functional. The bedding is new and very comfortable (a queen-size bed, 160x200, and a Bultex sleeper sofa). The upper floor, which is inaccessible, is unfurnished and unoccupied. Only the inner courtyard is shared: it opens onto our entrance via a veranda, but we live on the first floor; our son’s room and the garage windows also overlook this courtyard. Board games are available to borrow.
