About this house rental
Large and spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house located in quinta da encosta velha in Budens .
On the first floor you will find a large living room, dining room with high speed fiber wifi, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a large private terrace with barbecue giving access to a nice heated swimming pool. A bathroom with toilet and sink is available on the first floor.
Upstairs you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, as well as 2 bathrooms and a nice balcony overlooking the golf course.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating.
You will have access to two large heated swimming pools at quinta da encosta velha, available all year round but heated from April to October.
The house is a 5-minute drive from Salema beach and less than 10 minutes from other beaches like Praia da luz, burgau, cabanas velhas .
A 10-minute drive from Lagos and 15 minutes from Sagres.
A supermarket is a 7-minute walk away as well as other small typical restaurants.
Heating and air conditioning: This accommodations are equipped with reversible air conditioning providing heating and cooling. Energy consumption is included in the price for normal use of 20kwh per day.
Please maintain a reasonable temperature (21-22°C recommended) and turn off the heating or air conditioning when the windows are open or during prolonged absences.
In the event of abnormally high consumption during the stay, the owner reserves the right to charge for the excess on the basis of the meter readings.

The property was just as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Two wonderful outside spaces including a terrace off the master bedroom and a large ground floor terrace providing easy access to the pool. The BBQ was an extra bonus. Parking is nearby and there are two amazing beaches within a very short drive. The host is extremely attentive. Pools are very nice with lots of lounge chairs. Close to Sagres, Salema, Burgeau, Luz, V do Bispo and Lagos. Would highly recommedn Casa da Luz 9.

Well what can I say……? My wife and I have just returned from a fabulous month in this villa. From the moment of booking until departure the host was absolutely first class. Her communication was timely, clear and informative and when we had a couple of questions she responded within a matter of minutes. The villa itself if more like a ‘holiday home’ than a rental. Every room is well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The villa is located in a great quiet location on the edge of a golf course. You have access to a lovely private pool and there is a large veranda and balcony on which to relax and enjoy the sun and your surroundings. There are lots of places to be discovered and explored within half an hour of the villa by car. Frankly, we couldn’t ask for more. If you’re considering the western Algarve in our opinion you will be hard pushed to find somewhere better.

The proprety was excellent Spacious,spotless, well decorated. Kitchen was well équipes Nathalie our host was available and helpful.I would Highway recommend this place
