About this villa rental

The recently remodeled kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with two bar stools, and custom cabinetry is fully-equipped to meet your culinary needs. The adjacent dining area seats six. The living room has a sleeper sofa and an additional bistro table next to a wall of windows. Both bathrooms are fully renovated with luxurious showers, one with a jacuzzi. Your private oceanfront balcony features outdoor dining and seating for four. The Hampton Place complex is immaculately kept and offers amenities such as a large pool area and pavilion, private gym, barbecue area, children's pool, gazebo, and large suntanning deck.

This was the 3rd year that we’ve stayed in this unit. Beautiful ocean view from the wall of windows in the living room as well as the balcony. The unit is very clean, with comfortable furnishings (including the beds) and a well stocked kitchen. We’ve already booked again for next year. Our only complaint was the condition of the pool. It appears to have some type of black growth (?mold or fungus?) scattered over the bottom of the pool (this was there last year as well- we commented to the management office but doesn’t look like anything was done). We used the pool and no one had any adverse effects; it’s just nasty to look at.
