The cabin sits right off Highway 321, which means no steep mountain climbs, no scary drop-offs, and no winding back roads — just a smooth, simple drive that guests truly appreciate, especially at night or during winter weather. It’s the kind of location that lets you relax from the moment your trip begins.



From the cabin, you’re only about 10 to 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can explore scenic drives, waterfalls, wildlife viewing, and some of the most beautiful hiking trails in the Smokies. Spend the day strolling the shops, visiting Anakeesta or the Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, then return to the quiet comfort of your cabin when you’re ready to unwind.



If you’re heading toward Pigeon Forge, you’re roughly 15 to 20 minutes from the Parkway, putting you close to top attractions like Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, dinner shows, mini golf, and family entertainment. Cozy Cub is our personal family owned vacation retreat — a home we've poured care into and love sharing with guests like you. To keep it that way, all bookings require a signed renter agreement within 24 hours of booking, sent via link, to confirm your reservation. A driver's license copy, matching profile photo and name, and full guest list details are required. Guests must meet all of our stated booking and house requirements, and refunds will not be provided for broken house rules or bookings that do not meet these requirements. For same-day last-minute bookings, 4pm check-in cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the cabin's readiness, though we'll always do our best to get guests in as soon as possible.

We keep the cabin in great shape and items may occasionally be refreshed or updated between stays. All resort amenities (pool, courts, fitness center, bonfire pits, etc.) are managed by the resort and may be affected by weather, maintenance, or seasonal availability, and we cannot guarantee their availability during your stay. We maintain everything to our standard, but like any home, occasional and unpredictable issues can arise with appliances, utilities, or systems, and we can't offer refunds for circumstances outside our control. Cozy Cub is located in a wooded natural setting, so seasonal bugs, spiders, webbing, and some dust in areas of the cabin may occasionally be present despite regular cleaning and pest maintenance. If anything ever comes up during your stay, just reach out and we'll do everything we can to make it right. For the safety of our guests and our home, a security camera is installed on the exterior front porch.
