Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We had a wonderful time overall and truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the property was fantastic, making it easy to access everything we wanted to do in the area. The pools were clean and a huge hit with our kids, and having on-site golf cart rentals was a major convenience. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the property manager was very communicative and helpful whenever we needed assistance.That said, the property itself could really use some attention. While it has charm, it's clearly older and in need of a remodel. There were several electrical quirks, including a light switch that would cut power to the entire condo. The upstairs tub has a leak, and you can see swollen baseboards around it, which was a bit concerning.We were also disappointed with the sleeping arrangements. The listing advertised two main bedrooms and a hidden room with a sleeper sofa, but the sleeper had no linens, and there were no spare linens in the condo. When we requested more, it took 24 hours to receive them, which made the space unusable the first night. Only two beds had proper blankets—my daughter ended up cold on the top bunk with only sheets, so we gave her our blanket.Additionally, the AC couldn’t keep up during the heat of the day—it hovered around 80 degrees inside until a repair technician could come the next day. Finally, checkout was at 10 AM, but the cleaning staff showed up around 9:40 and waited outside which made us feel a bit rushed.
